  • The mount will accommodate the Icom optional remote head bracket. This package comes standard with an Lido AD-2 adapter plate which has a 1/4 X 20 stud on the end. The Icom remote head brackets listed below all have holes that are threaded for a 1/4 X 20 bolt.  Please note this item does not come with the Icom bracket. If you have an IC-706 you will need the MB-63, IC-7000 you will need the MB-105, ID-4100 you will need the MBA-8. The IC-2820 already comes with remote head bracket so you will not have to purchase a remote head bracket if you have this mount

    PRODUCT DETAILS

    This mounting pedestal is ideal for mobile radio holders, housings, and other devices used by public safety, construction, and utility applications. Formerly an industry standard, the 4-Hole AMPS pattern consists of four holes located in a rectangular pattern spaced at 30.17mm by 38.05mm (measured as the center-to-center distance between holes). The car seat rail mount is made of strong yet flexible aluminum, and is ideal for service vehicles, trucks, or those who need easy access to their devices but prefer mounting them somewhere other than the windshield or dashboard. Use a socket wrench to install the mount to the car’s seat rail. Loosen the passenger seat track bolt, insert the included seat track bolt bracket (2 different brackets are included for various seat rail configurations), and then retighten the bolt. Bend the 28” gooseneck and rotate the swivel ball adapter head for 360-degree rotation for exact positioning of the device.
